Paper House Entertainment is the scripted storytelling division of Scott Brothers Entertainment. We create bold, character-driven projects across film, television, and animation. Founded by award-winning producer and actor Drew Scott, Paper House develops and produces impactful stories that resonate across cultures and genres—whether it’s a gripping drama, an elevated action film, a heartfelt comedy, or a family-friendly series. Our stories have a strong emotional core, memorable characters, and the power to inspire, challenge, and entertain.

With a foundation built on the global success of Scott Brothers Entertainment—whose programming reaches audiences in over 160 countries—Paper House pairs the creative vision of a boutique studio with the resources and reach of an international content powerhouse. Our slate includes the animated children’s series, Builder Brothers Dream Factory, and gripping feature film, After, along with a diverse pipeline of projects in development.

DREW SCOTT

Drew Scott is an award-winning producer, host, actor, and entrepreneur, best known as the co-founder and CEO of Scott Brothers Entertainment, a global content powerhouse whose programming airs in over 160 countries. He has produced several hundreds of hours of hit television for major networks and platforms—including HGTV, Food Network, TLC, HBO Max, Discovery+, OWN, Corus, and Rogers—spanning top-rated series such as Property Brothers, Brother vs. Brother, Celebrity IOU, Trixie Motel, Truck Dynasty, Breaking New Ground, Nate and Jeremiah Home Project, Curb Appeal, just to name a few.

Through his scripted division, Paper House Entertainment, Drew develops bold, character-driven narrative projects, from the animated Builder Brothers Dream Factory series to feature films like After. Renowned for crafting emotionally resonant, transformation-driven stories across genres, he brings the same creative vision and operational precision to scripted work as he does to large-scale unscripted productions. With a loyal global fanbase, deep industry relationships, and a commitment to excellence, Drew continues to expand his reach into premium storytelling for television and film.

Josie Crimi

Josie Crimi, our President of Scott Brothers Entertainment, oversees new development for Paper House. She’s proud to have more than 100+ hours of original programming per year under her leadership, with hit shows including Property Brothers: Forever Home, Celebrity IOU, Nate and Jeremiah by Design, Making it Home with Kortney and Kenny, along with many others. Josie began her career in commercials before entering documentary production with partners including Discovery, History, and National Geographic. Before arriving at SBE, Josie spent a decade at General Purpose Pictures, where she was Head of Production and developed and produced a number of shows. Josie now lives in Toronto with her husband and their two children.

David Dembroski

David Dembroski, our President of Scott Brothers Global, leads business and legal affairs for Paper House. He was a founding partner at Toronto-based entertainment law firm Stohn Hay Cafazzo Dembroski Richmond LLP where he had a client roster consisting of well-known recording artists, record companies, producers of dramatic and reality programs, writers, directors, theatrical producers, and music and book publishers.
